Job Responsibilities
- Manage all management within the spare parts of the entire after-sales service team.
- Consulting on spare parts and coordinating with customers, teams in the spare parts department, service centers, branches and related departments
- Analyze spare parts list, set plans for selling and purchasing spare parts
- Achieved spare parts sales target according to the company's goals
- Set up a stock plan for spare parts inventories to be efficient and sufficient for use in each branch.
- Update and improve internal processes, policies, methods of operation of the department. in order to be as efficient as possible
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with the standard system of the service center
- Make a policy related to the spare parts department control and ordering service Disbursement and replacement of warranty parts for customers
- Liaise with the manufacturer's factory in all aspects regarding spare parts
- Coordinate with service team, sales department To achieve the goal of after-sales service policy and meet the needs of customers
- Dead Stock Management
- Can use EPC program, and can give advice to the team as well
- Determine the retail price of all spare parts to be reasonable with competitors in the market and profit in accordance with the company policy
- Terms of warranty on spare parts after the customer has bought
- Find a Supplier in the market to be a deal for the purchase of consumable parts or necessary tools
Experience requirements
- Experienced in the management of heavy equipment business will be considered as a special case
- Have knowledge and understanding of the basics of warehouse control system at least 3 years.
- Experienced in planning spare parts ordering and part recommendation
- Able to communicate in English at a good level (speaking, reading and writing fluently).
- Leadership, responsibility for assigned tasks both to the company, customers and subordinates
- Knowledge and understanding of spare parts management including warehouse
- Solving immediate problems as well.
- Planning and analyzing the problems that arise in order to find solutions.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or other related field.
