Adecco launched new office, piloting Adecco Career Club to create shared value project

Bangkok, June 21, 2018 –Adecco Group Thailand reaffirmed their leadership on world-class human resources by launching Adecco Talent Recruitment Center, a new hub for career solution and a full-loop recruitment service for permanent positions, pilot Adecco Career Club social responsibility project intending for job applicants and fresh graduates to unleash their potential and achieve their career goals.

Nowadays, labor market has high demands for applicants while the unemployment rate is greatly increasing. Data from National Statistical Office revealed that in the first trimester of 2018, it already has 440,000 unemployed which is more than year 2014 by almost 100,000 people. Adecco Group Thailand noticed the importance of this issue which leads to their new office launch specifically as Talent recruitment service center.    

“Despite the rising of the unemployment rate, there is still a lot of demand of permanent positions especially in Sales, Engineering, IT, Admin, Financial and Japanese Speaking position. Therefore, we established the Adecco Talent Recruitment Center to cope with this issue by being the recruitment center that connects applicants and organization together” Tidarat Kanchanawat, Regional Director - Thailand and Vietnam Adecco Group Thailand, shared the company vision.

In parallel, we offer our expertise in Human Resources to provide career advice and develop candidates’ potential. We initiate Adecco Career Club, a project for a good cause which organizing activities like “ONE-ON-ONE Career Coaching”, an activity where our professional consultant volunteer to coach the candidates for their career development. We have also held a “resume writing and interview techniques session” for undergraduate students at their campus on regular basis. In future, we aim to expand variety of activity such as career workshop in more fields in order to deliver the best candidate experiences and offer a long-term solution in responding to high unemployment rate issue.” Said, the Director.
