The Adecco Group Thailand announced this week that it is launching Modis in Thailand in order to strengthen the workforce and consulting solutions to support demand of IT business and its growing sector in Thailand. Modis is part of the Adecco Group and services over 8,000 customers in 20 countries worldwide.
As the digitization of traditional industries, products, services and process continues at an exponentially rapid pace, Modis focuses on using their cross-industry expertise in IT and engineering to guide organisations through this new, digitally driven world by connecting them to three highly focused service offerings; Consulting solutions, Workforce solutions and Skilling solutions.
In Thailand, Modis will be headed by Tidarat Kanchanawat, Country Director Adecco Group Thailand and her team who have been working in staffing and recruitment industries for over 30years with expertise predominantly in IT and Engineering sectors.
“As businesses today work towards operating in a changing environment, following the Covid-19 pandemic, many of them are expected to have dependable workforce and consulting partner or outsourcing more. Modis does exist to support its clients in improving effectiveness and performance within their organisations, from full project management and professional placements to up-skilling and consultancy. Modis is unique in its ability to enhance any project within the tech world, by connecting companies with the right talent solutions for their needs worldwide” Tidarat added
Tidarat Kanchanawat also commented, “Launching Modis in Thailand is highly complementary to the existing Adecco Group brands in place as 360 ecosystem that include the Adecco General Staffing Brand and Spring Professional. The group is well placed to support the increasingly sophisticated needs of organisations across Thailand”.
