Survey reveals "Total Rewards for Gen Me"

Adecco Group Thailand conducted a survey on the topic of "Total Rewards for Gen Me" with 1,289 Thai jobbers.  The survey focuses on what rewards preferences that organizations should consider to provide to their employees with the mix of generations in their workplace.  The survey will support leaders and HR professionals in understanding each generation rewards preferences and customize Total Rewards package to meet individual needs, in order to motivate, engage and retain their employees.

The survey was conducted with 1,289 respondents nationwide, from various industries consist of 4 generations, including Baby Boomers, Gen Xers , Millennials and Gen Zers and First-two-year Jobbers, with a job level of 33% Operations, 30% Managerial, 19% Supervisors, 7% Specialists,  6% Top management and 5% others.

The survey results show that each generation has unique reward preferences.  Baby Boomers and Gen Xers perceive Job security as the most important element, while Millennials have an eye on Base pay / Salary as their most important benefit. The youngest generation, Gen Zers, on the other hand, cherish Relationship with colleagues most.
