- สำเนาบัตรประชาชน สำเนาใบขับขี่ หรือเอกสารอื่นๆที่ใช้ระบุความเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลของท่าน
- ขนาดไฟล์ไม่เกิน 5 MB และ รองรับไฟล์นามสกุล .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx เท่านั้น

ก่อนการอัปโหลดเอกสาร แนะนำให้ท่านระบายทึบหรือเบลอข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อยู่บนสำเนาบัตรประชาชน เช่น
หมายเลขบัตรประชาชน, บาร์โค้ด, ที่อยู่, ศาสนา และอื่นๆ คงเหลือการแสดงข้อมูลชื่อ นามสกุล และวันหมดอายุบัตรเป็นหลัก
ตัวอย่างหนังสือเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ (passport)
ก่อนการอัปโหลดเอกสาร แนะนำให้ท่านระบายทึบหรือเบลอข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลบนหนังสือเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ เช่น
หมายเลขบัตรหนังสือเดินทาง, วัน เดือน ปีเกิด, สถานที่เกิด, เพศ และอื่นๆ โดยคงเหลือการแสดงข้อมูล ชื่อ นามสกุล และวันที่หมดอายุเอกสารไว้เท่านั้น
