• Conduct market research to analyze competitors and market demand. Develop effective sales strategies, identify target customer segments, and create tailored sales plans.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Conduct property tours and presentations showcasing the value and unique features of the condos.

• Negotiate prices and payment terms with potential buyers. Ensure contract terms align with legal requirements and assist in contract execution.

• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective buyers, addressing concerns, assisting with sales procedures and loan processes.

5 years of experience in finance and 2 years of experience as a manager.

※Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Bachelor's Digree (Any Field)
