Position Overview

As the Inbound Operation Team Lead, you will oversee the efficient and seamless reception of shipments, ensuring the integrity of our client's luxury goods is maintained at every step. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating inbound operations and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inbound shipment processes including receiving, unpacking, and storage arrangement.
  • Liaise with the Claim Team Leader to document and report any product discrepancies or damages.
  • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of shipments destined for return or transfer to other countries.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and outsourced workers to optimize operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse premises.
  • Oversee the unloading operations conducted by third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with warehouse rules and cost-effectiveness.
  • Generate analytical reports and support management with insights into warehouse activities.
  • Collaborate with superiors to fulfill additional warehouse requirements such as outgoing processes, e-commerce operations, labeling, and inventory control.
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or related field, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling luxury products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, stocktaking, and cycle counting is advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
