Customer Service Representative

Our client is a global chemical company renowned for its specialty chemicals, including adhesives, coatings, plastics, and other related products. The company operates in various sectors, serving industries such as automotive, construction, pharmaceuticals, personal care, and more.

Currently, they're looking for talents who will support operations in Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand markets.

• Receive and process customer Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate with various teams for stock availability, order release, and shipping arrangements.
• Manage documentation for shipments, including coordinating with export teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitor order status, resolve issues, and communicate updates to customers.
• Assist with trade compliance, credit management, and sample coordination.
• Handle invoicing, tax generation, and payment tracking, while maintaining data accuracy and supporting audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• At least 5 years working experience in MNC, or Import-Export CSR related.
• Be fluent in English, both in written & verbal form. Additional languages are a plus.
• Familiar with SAP OTC
• Ability to develop and manage international relationships.
• Strong analytical & data mining skills
