Position Overview

As a Facility Team Leader, you will be supporting our Client in leading a team of operational support staff delivering front line Facility Management services to office occupiers to achieve operational excellence at a prestigious client site based in Bangkok.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of operational support staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with office occupiers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Track and manage facility budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operational support team.
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience in facility management or a related leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and facility management best practices.
