Senior Manager (Branding)

Our client is the stable real estate company which offer the wide range of residential projects. They are looking for Head of Brand to create, develop as implement brand strategy, manage both online and offline media in Real Estate, determine and develop the internal workflow and branding marketing policy in the company.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's goals, core values and target audience.
• Manage internal workflow and develop company marketing policy
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, customer journey including marketing materials, communications and digital platforms.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness and market share.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Investor Relation, External Supplier and Product Management to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends and competitor activities, and translate these findings into actionable strategies that differentiate the brand and drive growth.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing branding marketing as a senior executive and experience to lead the marketing team.
• Direct experience in Branding Marketing at least 5-10 years in any business.
• Strong knowledge and direct experience in Branding (Open direct experience in any business)
• Competence in creating strategic marketing and implementing to both internal and external organization.
• An excellent team leader and motivator with interpersonal relations.
• Solid in strategic planning, branding management, leadership and management skills.
• Good command in Thai and moderate in English.

Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Real Estate), Marketing or any related field.
