Job Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements for our pharmaceuticals and supplements division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing regulatory strategies to facilitate product registrations and approvals in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of product formulations, labeling, and advertising materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and legal departments to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and proactively advising stakeholders on potential impacts to business operations.
  • Preparing and submitting regulatory submissions, including applications, variations, and renewals, to regulatory authorities.
  • Participating in regulatory agency meetings and inspections as necessary, and effectively communicating with regulatory authorities to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or in Drug Regulatory Affairs
  • Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory filings for pharmaceuticals and supplements.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Good command in English language.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or higher
  • A pharmacist license is necessary.
