Job Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market share within your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and partners.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving product adoption in the market.
  • Providing product training and support to customers to ensure optimal utilization and satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
Experience requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare or life science industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, life sciences or technical discipline required.
