About the Company
Our partner is premium car company, this role must oversee all e-Performance Marketing covers e-Commerce marketing strategy, user experiences, marketing campaigns, media & search and all overall analytics to drive growth in e-Commerce channel., This role will report to Marketing Director Directly.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive traffic and revenue to platforms – Define strategy for traffic acquisition in all platforms / drive conversion
- e-Performance Marketing Analytics
- Brand connection
- Budget planning
- Manage and optimize media & marketing spend
- Media & Search – Identify right media / channel
- Bidding strategy – Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Design campaign & develop content and plan content calendar across all platforms
- Analyze statistical trend and insight
- Conduct strategy of livestreaming and any initiative media channel
Experience requirements
- 5+ years of experiences in eCommerce, online media & search, digital marketing and online marketing performance analytics
- Develop and manage category strategic marketing plan in eCommerce
- Possess superb knowledge and experience in leading and managing digital media, social media, brand and O2O including agencies
- Ability to plan and execute a content marketing strategy, aligned with the consumer journey and overall marketing strategy
- Solid experience in building an organic search marketing strategy and optimise paid search campaigns and paid ads to boost conversions
- Manage eCommerce budget plan and set up marketing performance KPIs and analytics to measure ROI, ROAS for digital activities in eCommerce channel
- Proven record of driving a successful business through sales or marketing
- Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead, coach and motivate team and internal cross-functional teams
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on experience with eCommerce and good at dealing with ambiguity in a start-up like environment
