About the Company
Our client operates food & beverage business in Thailand around two decades.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the sales and R&D teams for the development and growth of specific customer segments assigned.
- Develops a market understanding, competitor and business insights within the assigned customer segments and to identify market opportunities for growth
- Leads the market research on market behavior, consumer insights and trends generation and translate into business opportunities
- Lead ideation sessions and conducts trend/insights presentations including proactive presentations
- Collaborates with cross functions in the development of new product development
- Lead innovation process management and facilitate innovation workshop
- Leads the creation of marketing tools and collaterals to support growth plans specific customer segments, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Any other related duties / tasks that may be assigned as per business need.
Experience requirements
1. Direct experience in B2B Marketing (Food & Beverage Business) and strong analytical skills and business analysis
2. Good presentation skill in Thai/English is a must
3. Strong business acumen & strategic thinking
4. Good understanding of market insights/research
5. Able to lead multiple projects and collaborate between cross-functions, able to lead w/o authority
Education requirements
Any related master's degree/bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
