About the Company
The company imports skincare and cosmetic products from South Korea for distribution in Thailand. Their product range includes masks, shampoos, massage creams, and body lotions, among others.
Job Responsibilities
- Review performance outcomes, analyze business, and build a strategic action plan to impact sales for each location to ensure the achievement of sales and KPI expectations.
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly results to ensure sales are in line with brand, store, and divisional objectives.
- Analyze new product and core business sales ensuring all opportunities are being maximized profits.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with the buyer and merchandiser.
- Conduct field store visit intent and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop accurate sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Negotiation and maintenance of additional distribution, increased space, and dual sites, wherever possible in modern trade channels.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience with a proven sales record in Beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
- Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and retail operations.
- Sales-driven and result-oriented.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong market analysis, and strategic planning skills.
