Job Position: E-Commerce Executive

Our client is a well-known furniture and home accessories retail company. The company was established for over 50 years in Japan, with motivation and a high market share in global markets

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the complete e-commerce process and have experience with online marketplace operations

• Assist in managing the brand's official website and marketplace daily operations, including online activities, order processing, and platform management (e.g., Shopee, Lazada)

• Coordinate with the order fulfillment team to ensure smooth operations and meet platform KPIs

• Translate content for the company's Thailand channels (English to Thai)

• Manage and oversee online product listings and pricing

• Handle customer inquiries through online channels

• Support the brand's e-commerce site and social media accounts, particularly with customer inquiries (via email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Assist in setting up store, social, and e-commerce campaigns (e.g., store openings, 11.11, 12.12)

• Work independently and autonomously to drive projects to completion and exceed expectations

• Provide assistance as needed

• On-site training will be provided


Experience requirements

• Minimum 2-years of focused experience in e-commerce or digital industry

• Experience in managing an online website or marketplace (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce, etc.) is preferred

• Knowledge of basic creative skill sets (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe, etc.)

• Understanding basic web HTML or CSS will be an advantage


Education requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields

• English – Good command of English (All skills)
