Facility Engineer

Our client is a real estate developer offering building and facility management services to its subsidiary companies.

• Develop strategies for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and assessing equipment condition to maximize effectiveness. 
• Evaluate maintenance issues arising from equipment damage. 
• Create and refine maintenance procedures to enhance operational support. 
• Supervise inventory of spare parts. 
• Organize project management activities, liaise with pertinent entities, offer guidance, render decisions, and address challenges as they arise.
• Oversee repairs and preventative maintenance activities tailored to specific machinery types. 
• Manage and contribute to establishing operational protocols for the agency in alignment with standard procedures. 
• Direct and oversee employees within assigned areas of authority. 
• Monitor and execute engineering section tasks as outlined in the plan.
• Assess and appraise the performance of the engineering department
• Evaluate and report on performance in accordance with the established plan on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. 
• Assess and devise strategies for energy management planning.

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities utility systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, Water Systems, Electrical and Maintenance Systems
• Strong leadership, administrative and planning skills.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented person.
