For this Construction Manager (MEP) position:

Construction Manager (MEP) with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, responsible for overseeing their installation, maintenance, and repair on construction projects, collaborating closely with both construction and project management teams to ensure smooth project workflow, fostering a dynamic startup environment where employees are encouraged to contribute their ideas, aiming for a cohesive culture and shared goals, with ample opportunities for growth and competitive compensation

Job description

• Develop and execute MEP design processes aligning with project requirements, standards, budget, and schedules.
• Supervise MEP construction progress, promptly addressing any issues for resolution.
• Lead a team overseeing MEP installation and maintenance, including internal and third-party resources.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into MEP systems, such as LEED or WELL standards.
• Manage procurement, inspection, and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
• Analyze and interpret MEP construction drawings and technical documents.
• Review and provide input on MEP aspects of project design proposals and fit-out requirements.
• Ensure MEP installations comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify and rectify deficiencies in MEP installations.
• Prepare cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) for project cost estimation.
• Recommend cost-effective solutions and develop value engineering (VE) proposals.
• Proactively address potential risks affecting project schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualification

• At least 10 years working experience in MEP design and construction management.
• Experience in commercial projects such as retail, residence, condominium,etc.
• License in professional engineer is a big plus.
• Good command in English

• Graduated at least bachelor's.
