For this Project Development position:

Our client is in search of a motivated Project Development Architect to collaborate with the in-house project development and management team, providing detailed design recommendations for project master plans and future developments, ensuring efficient project workflow and alignment with ambitious goals, within a dynamic startup environment fostering open communication and teamwork towards shared objectives, offering significant growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Job description

• Advise on technical aspects encompassing architecture, interior design, and local regulations.
• Review shop drawings and specifications throughout project development and construction phases.
• Conduct material research to determine suitable selections for projects.
• Offer insights on design development focusing on creativity and functionality.
• Conduct feasibility studies including site surveys, regulatory constraints, etc.
• Coordinate projects between Our client, clients, and external consultants.
• Ensure designs meet quality, functionality, and regulatory standards through internal and external meetings.
• Oversee construction processes for compliance with regulations, permits, and contract management, working with project managers to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely project completion within budget.

• At least 5 years working experience in Commercial project development in real estate or property development industry.
• Experience in commercial projects such as retail, residence, condominium,etc.
• Good command in English

• Graduated at least bachelor's degree in Engineering.
