Job Responsibilities
Estimation:
・Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information on what, when, and how much needs to be purchased.
・Request quotes from suppliers and evaluate their responses based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
・Make informed decisions on the best options.
Order Placement:
・Finalize the choice of suppliers based on the estimation phase.
・Confirm the specific items, quantities, and delivery dates for purchase.
・Align with suppliers on terms and conditions to prevent any discrepancies.
Inspection and Acceptance:
・Inspect delivered goods to ensure they meet quality standards and match the order.
・Verify the delivery against the packing list and confirm accuracy.
・Process payment based on supplier invoices.

Experience requirements
・Welcome New Graduate.
・English: Business Level Is Plus (TOEIC 700 Above)
・Bachelor's Degree Up (GPA: 3.20 up)
