Leasing Manager

Our client is in Property industry and is a subsidiary of well-known corporate. We're seeking a highly motivated Retail Leasing Manager to join our team! In this results-driven role, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and execute strategic leasing plans that secure top retail tenants and maximize our revenue potential. As a leader, you'll spearhead the entire leasing process, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. You'll coach and mentor your team, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.

• Develop and implement data-driven leasing strategies to optimize space allocation and attract high-performing tenants.
• Lead a team of leasing professionals, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Negotiate and secure leasing agreements with top retail partners, ensuring win-win outcomes.
• Oversee the entire leasing process, from initial inquiries to lease execution, providing exceptional customer service throughout.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage leasing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards related to sales and operations.

• 5 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial leasing, or facility and account management.
• Proven negotiation skills and a deep understanding of lease provisions.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for the retail industry and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
