Sales Designer

Job Position: Sales Designer (Office furniture trading company)

Work location: Bangkok

Our client is a well-known stationery and office furniture trading company, as well as an office design service. The company was established for over 20 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

• Meet agreed sales targets and gross profit (GP) within specified timeframes according to KPIs

• Follow up on new leads and referrals from the Business department and Sales Manager, including cold calling

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients

• Possess knowledge and understanding of interior decoration or interior design

• Skilled in identifying client needs through thorough consultations and providing tailored design solutions

• Provide briefs to the sales support, design, and construction teams for creating quotations and presentations

• Confirm delivery schedules between the sales support team and the customer

• Gather claim information from customers and relay it to the sales support team to ensure the claim process is completed

• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction

• Act as the project leader, coordinating other departments to complete projects

• Coordinate with the accounting department to follow up on overdue payments

• Participate in marketing events such as seminars and seasonal greetings

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• At least 3 years of experience in sales and interior design or sales design

• Experience as a Sales Designer is preferred

• Goal-oriented and proactive in achieving results

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field

• Good command of written and spoken English (Daily conversation level)
