Job Responsibilities
Driving Revenue Growth:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for order entry.
Relationship Building and Opportunity Management:
- Maintain a healthy CRM opportunity pipeline and balanced order profile for all accounts.
- Contribute to accurate sales forecasts and participate in Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) processes.
Proposal & Negotiation Expertise:
- Prepare comprehensive project quotations leveraging standard templates and technical input from engineering, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards, terms, and conditions.
Retention and Upselling:
- Secure existing parts and repair business through long-term agreements and contracts.
- Grow market share by actively seeking opportunities for product upgrades and performance-based contracts.
Performance Tracking and Compliance:
- Monitor and report on key customer performance indicators (KPIs) such as order entry, net sales, target price achievement, on-time delivery, order fulfillment, outstanding payments, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all competition and anti-bribery laws, as well as the company's Code of Conduct.
Experience requirements
- 3-5 years of experience direct Sales in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office, CRM (Salesfoce), SAP
- English in order to participated with foreigner
- Ability to travel aboard
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
