Job Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities for power cable products, including OPGW, overhead conductors, power cables, and hardware fittings.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, specifically EGAT, PEA, and MEA.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the power cable sector.
- Conduct market analysis and research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Experience requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in sales management, customer service, and cable construction.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering majoring or related fields.
