Gas Dispatcher - Shift Operator

• 24/7 Gas Dispatch Operations:
  • Execute gas dispatching operations around the clock in 12-hour shifts.
  • Prepare comprehensive gas dispatch plans for monthly, weekly, and daily operations.
• Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate with Power Plant, EGAT/other Shippers, PTT TSO, and LNG Terminal Operators.
  • Manage gas nominations, adjustments, and allocations in real-time, aligning with contractual constraints.
• LNG Inventory Management:
  • Maintain, control, and monitor LNG inventory according to the plan.
• Operational Responsiveness:
  • Respond promptly to operational changes and raise issues to the Dispatch Operation Manager.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare daily and shift reports, event logs, and management-level reports.
• Procedure and Work Instruction Development:
  • Develop and update operation procedures and work instructions in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Gas Shipper Operations Support:
  • Prepare and support Gas Shipper Operations related to Contract Management, Terminal Usage Agreement (TUA), Pipeline Capacity Contract (PCC), Inter-Shipper Agreement, and Shipper Agreements.
• Gas Supply Planning and Coordination:
  • Coordinate Gas Supply planning with LNG suppliers, Power Plants, EGAT, PTT TSO, LNG Terminal operators, and other Gas Shippers.
• LNG Inventory and Gas Supply Management:
  • Execute and manage LNG inventory and gas supply, collaborating with other operators and Gas Shippers at LNG Terminals and Pipelines for borrow-lend-buy transactions involving LNG, gas, and capacity.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a power plant with coordination experience involving Thai government or state-owned enterprise being a plus.
• Experience as a Gas Shipper or in related fields is advantageous.
• Understanding of the gas nomination process for monthly, weekly, and daily operations.
• Can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in shift rotations.
• Fluency in English

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
