Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager and other team members to develop and refine brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and creative departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the company's vision.
  • Brand Monitoring: Keep track of brand performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of marketing efforts. Make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Market Expansion: Assist in expanding the brand's presence into new markets, if applicable, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the Brand Marketing Manager and other team members as needed to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Vendor and Agency Management: If necessary, coordinate with external vendors and marketing agencies to execute specific projects or campaigns.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in marketing, market research.
  • A good command of the relevant software tools programExcel and Power Point is required.
