Embedded Software Manager

Our client is the big one of Electronic Part Industry. You will be the one of automotive development team to beyond automotive innovation.

• Collaborate with internal management and headquarters staff to strategize on software development, focusing on resource management and recruitment.
• Prepare and manage the budget both annually and quarterly, providing support for procurement activities within the team.
• Work closely with project management to ensure the accuracy of project statuses and expedite issue resolution.
• Monitor overall project progress, keeping track of risks and issues, and oversee the development team’s workload.
• Guide the development team in setting objectives to improve technical skills and process efficiencies.
• Analyze and resolve problems that arise in an effective manner.

• 7 years of experience in software development, with a preference for embedded systems.
• Over 2 years in a management role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in leading a team of more than 15 members across multiple projects.
• Skilled in managing and delivering large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, including processes and documentation.
• Proficient in project management, capable of handling pressure and various situations in projects. CMMI/PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong abilities in team management, organizational skills, communication, leadership, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Good command of the English language.
