Job Responsibilities

1. 负责本公司的考勤监督和统计工作、绩效考核工作及劳动工资的管理工作。做好员工的调资定级等各项工作,并负责办理员工请假、休假的有关手续;

Be responsible for the company's attendance supervision and statistics, performance appraisal and labor wage management. Do a good job in the work of salary adjustment and grading of employees, and be responsible for handling the relevant procedures for employees to ask for leave and leave;

2. 负责本公司、厂的规章制度和纪律条例的制定、修改和实施,督促相关部门执行管理制度;

Be responsible for the formulation, modification, and implementation of the company's and factory's rules, regulations, and disciplinary regulations, and supervising relevant departments to implement management systems;

3. 负责联络公司各部门的工作进展情况,及时准确传达上级指示;

Contacting the work progress of each department of the company and conveying the instructions of the superior timely and accurately;

4. 负责本公司内安全生产及防火措施,是本公司、厂安全负责人;

Be responsible for the safety production and fire prevention measures within the company, and be the person in charge of the safety of the company and the factory;

5. 负责组织协助其他部门对员工、部门管理人员进行培训和定期考核并做好记录归档工作;

Organizing and assisting other departments in training and regular assessment of employees and department managers, and filing records;

6. 负责企业资产配置的管理工作,包括清点、维护、登记等。

Responsible for the management of enterprise asset allocation, including inventory, maintenance, registration, etc.


Experience requirements

1. 行政管理、人力资源等相关专业,中专及以上学历;

Administrative management, human resources and other related majors, secondary school or higher education;

2. 具备英、泰语言和读写能力,掌握中文优先;

Have proficiency of redading, writing, aural and oral both in English and Thai language, fluency in Chinese is preferred;

3. 具备3年以上相关制造行业总务工作经验;

More than 3 years working experience in general affairs of relevant manufacturing industry;

4. 熟悉当地劳动法规,熟练处理劳动关系;

Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, proficient in handling labor relations;

5. 具有优秀的人际沟通、协调、组织、管理能力和统筹能力。

Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, organization, management and overall planning ability
