Job Responsibilities
Support the accounting and HR departments with documentation
Accounting tasks:
• Manage various accounting documents
• Receive, sign, and forward documents to relevant departments
• Issue and receive company invoices
• Record accounting data using Microsoft Office
HR and Admin tasks:
• Handle various HR-related documents
• Manage room bookings, tickets, food orders, and other tasks
• Oversee company employees, such as drivers, housekeepers, and gardeners
• Order office supplies as needed
Experience requirements
• Basic command of written and reading English.
• Be able to read and understand the English commands in Microsoft Offices
• Can-do attitude
• Positive attitude and open mind
• Eager to learn something new
Education requirements
• High Vocational Certificate or a Bachelor’s degree in any fields (new graduates are welcome)
• Basic command of written and reading English.
• Be able to read and understand the English commands in Microsoft Offices
• Be able to create records and enter data into the system in English
