Production manager

Our client is a leading service provider in the food and beverage industry, supporting numerous restaurant branches. They specialize in delivering high-quality services to a diverse clientele. The company is well-known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the entire production process and manage daily operations.
• Supervise a team of 20-50, including administrative staff, store assistants and cooks.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the Operations Director to implement production plans and strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.

•   Proven experience in a production management role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•   Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a food production environment.
•   Strong communication skills and ability to report effectively to senior management.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Onsite 100%)

•   Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant , Production Management or a related field.
