Job Responsibilities
- Market and sell the company’s solutions and services to both current and potential customers.
- Prepare and organize customer data for sales presentations of the company's offerings.
- Develop media materials for product and service presentations, including quotes and purchase agreements.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
- Track and follow up on payments for delivered products.
- Provide continuous customer service support throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with problem-solving and offering solutions to their issues.
Experience requirements
- At least 2 years experience as Sales IT
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge in IT hardware
