Job Responsibilities
- Set overall strategies in comprehensive plan that aligns with company's mission & vision
- Understand and connect your business partner as well as internal team in order to find the improvement area
- Use data to analyze, predict and plan workforce for HR team
- Handle team to coach, provide feedback and develop them
- Understand overview of both Human Resource Management and Human Resources Development
- Provide guidance of labor law to partners
Experience requirements
- Direct experience in HR, manufacturing background is preferred
- Loves to challenge, transform and learn new things in everyday
- Understand manufacturing working environment
- Ability to coach & feedback team
- Labour law knowledge
