Job Responsibilities
- Responsible of full spectrum of payroll operation through SAP HCM
- Responsible in recruitment process from screening to offering candidate
- Responsible in visa work-permit
- Operating data in SAP HCM and data analysis for supporting management
- Supporting management for new assignment project
- Responsible in HRD function including inhouse and public training and related government report
- Running and initiating internal activity and coordinating with other department related to HR matter
Experience requirements
- 5-8 years experience of HR for full function
- Good command in English (TOEIC 650+ is preferred)
- Good understanding in labor law
- Familiar with SAP system
- Have negotiation skill, and eager for knowledge
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any field
