Job Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure success with our mobile, internet, and digital services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer insights.
- Build strong client relationships and advocate for them within our organization.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and manage loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer data to drive improvements in products, services, and processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Experience requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with a focus on building enduring relationships.
