Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure success with our mobile, internet, and digital services.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer insights.
  • Build strong client relationships and advocate for them within our organization.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and manage loyalty programs.
  • Analyze customer data to drive improvements in products, services, and processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.


Experience requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer service with a focus on building enduring relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
  • Enthusiasm for the telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications or related sectors.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), SaaS tools, and automation technologies.
Education requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
