Supply Management Supervisor

Our Client, a global leader in packaging solutions for electronics and automotive industries, is seeking a dynamic Supply Management Supervisor to lead their supply chain operations. This pivotal role will be instrumental in optimizing their supply chain, ensuring uninterrupted raw material supply, and supporting new product development initiatives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply planning strategies to meet production demands and customer expectations.
• Manage raw material inventory levels, forecasting requirements, and procurement processes to optimize costs and minimize stockouts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities for new product development and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable partnerships and cost-effective sourcing.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and procurement.
• Proven track record in managing supply chain operations for a manufacturing company.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Efficient communication in Thai and English is a MUST!
