Now they are actively expanding their IBC solutions within existing customer bases and exploring new markets by leveraging their extensive industry experience and innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales/CRM team to visit existing customers.
  • Identify and seek new customers in FMCG and other potential industries.
  • Conduct at least 8 customer visits per week.
  • Prepare and complete weekly and monthly sales reports (visit plans, sales activities, sales pipeline, customer/supplier/competitor updates).
  • Attend weekly meetings with customers after successful onboarding of new business IBC.
  • Monitor and report on new business IBC on hire (EOH), Daily Hire Rate (DHR), and liner bag consumption monthly. Deliver invoices to newly signed customers and forecast demand for peak season.
  • Work closely with Customer Services to ensure correct transaction processing and resolve invoice disputes within the following month.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with CS and Ops to review services and address customer satisfaction issues.
  • Monitor collections to ensure invoices are paid as per Loscam T&C.
  • Provide regular training programs on IBC and liner bag handling for customers.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in IBC, Logistic, FMCG or similar industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast and monitor sales performance and customer demand.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, HR).
  • Good command in english
