Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Assist customers and visitors by addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Liaise with internal staff, clients, and vendors as required.
Experience requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
