Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist customers and visitors by addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Liaise with internal staff, clients, and vendors as required.


Experience requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
