Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of quality control professionals.
- Implement and oversee effective QC procedures across the entire production process.
- Manage supplier quality, ensuring adherence to agreements and regulations.
- Analyze and report on QC data to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality control with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English a must.
