Head of Engineering - Dental Lab

As the Head of Engineering with the Dental Laboratory background, you will oversee our client innovative team in the Dental laboratory industry. In this position, you will spearhead the creation and execution of advanced solutions, ensuring our products consistently meet and surpass top-tier quality and innovation benchmarks.

• Define the strategic roadmap for the team by setting clear objectives, priorities, and performance benchmarks.
• Innovate and streamline production processes to enhance operational efficiency and output.
• Monitor and assess production levels to ensure alignment with established plans and resource capacity.
• Guide and support the team in achieving goals by setting clear expectations and fostering growth.
• Provide expert consultation to engineers at all levels, troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in dental production technologies and software to improve workflows and overall efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure product quality and process standards are consistently upheld.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.

• Willingness to relocate or currently residing in Thailand, this role is open to expatriates or foreigner. Our client will provide work permit
• Experience in an engineering leadership role or have management skills
• Strong knowledge and background in the dental lab industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to relocate to Chiangmai.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or dental.
