Our client is a prestigious automotive company renowned for their excellence in luxury vehicle sales and service. They are looking for a proactive HR Admin who is eager to learn, ready to handle a diverse range of HR activities and contribute to their team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee various administrative HR tasks including managing employee attendance, tracking time, and reporting overtime to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
  • Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Handle logistics for employee travel and accommodation, including booking hotels and flights as required.
  • Maintain HR functions efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR support to a team of around 70 employees, addressing various HR-related issues and needs.
Experience requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration with a solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English for email correspondence and verbal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with various departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
