About the Company

Our client established the tour and travel company in Thailand over a decade. Their population in outbound trips and oversea flight. Their aim are looking for Airline Sales Manager who in charge of finding the new partners and agency to gain more revenue to the company.

Job Responsibilities

Develop Sales Strategies:

  1. Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Identify target markets and develop tailored marketing plans to reach potential customers
  3. Set sales goals and objectives in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  2. Develop client-centric solutions and personalized travel packages.
  3. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  2. Use data insights to optimize sales strategies and improve market positioning.

Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  2. Develop partnerships with hotels, airlines and other tourism-related businesses.
  3. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Sales Reporting:

  1. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  2. Analyze sales data to measure performance, forecast future sales, and identify areas for improvement.

Product Development:

  1. Collaborate with product development teams to create new and exciting holiday packages.
  2. Ensure that the product offerings align with customer demands and market trends.

Budget Management:

  1. Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  2. Monitor sales expenses and implement cost-saving measure. 
Experience requirements

Sales Experience: Several years of experience in sales, often within the aviation or travel industry. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, account management, or business development is also beneficial.

Industry Experience: Previous experience working for an airline, travel agency, or in the tourism sector can be advantageous.

Managerial Experience: Experience in managing a team, handling budgets, and developing strategic plans is often required.

Education requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, aviation management or a related field is required.
