Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for both developing new customers and supporting existing ones.
• Instructing and managing a team of Sales professionals to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
• Improving and implementing strategies for increasing customer engagement and improving customer satisfaction
• Monitoring customer feedback and managing appropriate action to address any issues or concerns
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure service delivery processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives
• Generating performance evaluations and providing regular feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
• Ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and sales data to inform business decisions
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals
Experience requirements
• Experience in Sales in related field
• Good command of written and spoken Fluent English
Education requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field
