About the Company
- Lead contractor team in the installation and commissioning.
- Ensure align activities are safe and meet quality's standard including GMP's requirements.
- Work with technical competency team and suppliers to align technical requirements and meet company standards.
- Work with procurement team to ensure the purchased equipments are qualified and can be delivered in project timeline.
- Manage the responsible area to ensure scope, cost and time are under control according to the project's agreement.
- Support the preparation of the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets.
- Assess technical line readiness at each stage gates.
Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor of Engineering or related field
- 3 years' experience in, manufacturing projects management, capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry.
- Experience in determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
- Line and equipment design experience
- Ability to communicate and convince through different cultures.
- Good project management skills.
- Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Good communication in English
