Job Position: Maintenance Engineer Manager - Automation Machine

Work location: Samut Prakan

Our client is a well-known Parts Feeders, Vibrating Equipment, Controllers, and Semiconductor-related Manufacturing Equipment manufacturing company. The company has exhibited for over 30 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in automation markets.

• Supervise and manage a maintenance team of 10 staff members

• Define, oversee, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) plans for machinery to meet targets

• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions and preventive measures to achieve objectives

• Improve work processes to meet goals and minimize complaints

• Inspect, control, and maintain machinery to ensure readiness and efficiency

• Lead and guide the team to successfully meet work targets

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance at a supervisory or leadership level

• Preferred knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 51001 standards

• Proficient in reading and writing CAD 2D and 3D (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Good command of English (daily conversation level)
