System Analyst

Leading in IT System Development for manufacturing, logistic and supply chain

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify any discrepancies between requirements and existing systems.
• Create basic system designs and provide clear instructions to developers.
• Assist in testing and provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Handle system incidents, including system bugs and change requests.
• Prioritize and manage issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop project plans using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Strong communication in English

• Have working experience over 5 years in system development

• Have working experience at Global Company or Global system

• Have experience in IT Project of Manufacturing (Production), or SCM (Logistics) as a role of System Analyst, or Project Leader

• Have basic Project management skill (Progress management, Issue Management, Quirkily Management for team)

• Have Presentation skill as well as make documents.
