Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and after-sales services for laboratory information systems (LIS), focusing on the HCLAB platform used for managing patient data in hospitals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely; escalate to onsite visits when required to ensure system uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure the smooth operation and integration of software solutions with hospital systems.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, software updates, and system checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train end-users on software functionality, system features, and troubleshooting basics to enhance user efficiency.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and the development team, providing feedback to improve product performance.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation to track issues, solutions, and system updates.
  • Support 24/7 operations to meet the needs of healthcare facilities, aligning with their schedules and critical care requirements.
Experience requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT technical support, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS) and hospital IT operations is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve both software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English for communication with regional teams and technical counterparts.
  • Service-minded attitude, with a high level of patience and adaptability to handle non-office hour schedules.
  • Own transportation, with the ability to travel for onsite support when required.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
