• Develop in-depth expertise in the company's visual-based retail analytics solution to deliver value to clients.
• Serve as an advisor to C-suite executives in the retail sector, understanding their business challenges and crafting data-driven, insight-based solutions.
• Analyze and interpret large data sets using advanced Excel skills.
• Create client reports and lead presentations, providing insights and strategic recommendations with a focus on end-user outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize their use of the retail solution, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of their needs.
• Manage client accounts, with responsibility for revenue growth and expanding the services offered.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to plan and implement the roadmap for new features.
• Conduct periodic analysis of emerging technologies and disruptive business models relevant to the retail industry.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience at a market research firm (e.g., EGG Digital, Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent skills in communication, project management, and collaboration.
