Manufacturing Director

The company is a major supplier of dry film photoresist materials with over 20 years of experience. They offer strong in-house R&D capabilities, allowing us to design and develop dry film products tailored to our customers’ specific requirements for various processes. The main product applications include rigid and flexible PCBs, lead frames, IC substrates, and IC packaging.

• Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
• Monitor and follow up on key projects.
• Conduct regular meetings with departments to supervise work and remind of key tasks.
• Organize pre-production meetings to address operation problems.
• Supervise and conduct personnel training, evaluation, and incentive plans.
• Monitor and follow up on production capacity plans to meet market demand.
• Oversee preventive maintenance plans for key equipment.
• Supervise raw material resource planning to ensure adequate safety stock.
• Implement and supervise 6S within the department.
• Organize regular departmental KPI meetings and follow up on improvement action plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including management experience.
• Can effectively communicate (speaking and listening) in Chinese or willing to learn to communicate effectively in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Possess professional knowledge of production management (including QMS, EMS) and have strong comprehensive coordination and organizational management capabilities.
• Experience with presenting summary reports and data analysis for management.
• Have a strong sense of work responsibility and professionalism, service-minded and proactive.
