Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager for Medical Devices, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market penetration in the Life science sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the medical community.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Providing ongoing market analysis and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, Science, Engineer or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Mangement skills.
