Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant. Your duties will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Production Management: Overseeing production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
  • Team Leadership: Building and managing a high-performing team of production staff, providing leadership, mentorship, and training.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Cost Management: Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing team.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the personal care or supplement (OEM) industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing plant operations and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
